1lbbeef (roast or steaks)
cupchopped fresh mint
red onion, diced
tspchili powder
1tbspGolden Mountain sauce
2tspfish sauce
tbspraw sticky rice
  1. Cut beef into 1" thick steaks and grill to medium-rare on a grill. Slice into thin strips and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except for roasted sticky rice; mix thoroughly.
  3. Roast the rice by adding to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Toss periodically until grains are a golden brown. Grind into a fine powder using a mortar & pestle, then add to beef mixture.
