Ingredients
1¼C allpurpose flour
½C unsweetened cocoa
1t baking soda
¼t baking powder
¼t salt
1C sugar
½C plus 2 T butter, room temperature
1large egg
Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar, add egg. Add dry ingredients. They're cookies. You know the drill
  2. Put on parchment paper lines cookie sheet (really do that or they'll be stuck) by the rounded Tablespoon. Flatten a bit with your hand.
  3. Cook at 375 for 9 minutes

2 dozen

You're supposed to turn them into a sandwich cookie, but I'm too lazy. I just put them in a bowl of ice cream.

good for pretending your ice cream is cookies and cream
